By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1 Eligibility

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, due to unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud).

4 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may revise prices at any time before you place an order.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy.
• You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information for every order.

5 Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by us or through our delivery and ordering partners (such as Zomato and Swiggy). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and partner availability. Serviceability depends on your delivery location.

6 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7 Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 8rabbit and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
