You can request deletion of your 8rabbit account and the personal data linked to it directly from this page. Verify your mobile number below and we'll take care of the rest.

The 8rabbit app is developed and published by Tensortactic Solutions. This page lets you, the account holder, request deletion of your account and associated personal data, as required by Google Play and Apple App Store policies. You can also delete your account from within the app under Profile → Delete account.

1 Request deletion online

For your security, deletion must be confirmed with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number — this proves the request is really coming from you. The steps are:

  • Enter the mobile number linked to your 8rabbit account.
  • Tap Send verification code and enter the 6-digit OTP you receive by SMS.
  • Tick the confirmation box and tap Verify & delete my account.

Your account and personal data are permanently deleted immediately once verified. This cannot be undone.

2 What gets deleted

We immediately and permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Your name, mobile number, email, and profile photo;
  • Saved delivery addresses;
  • Loyalty points balance, referral code, and rewards history;
  • Reels you submitted and your cart/saved items;
  • Device push-notification tokens.

3 What we retain, and for how long

Some records must be kept even after your account is deleted, to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These are retained in an anonymised form (no longer linked to your identity wherever possible):

  • Order, invoice, payment and tax records — retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and GST law.
  • Records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements, for as long as the law requires.

Once these retention periods lapse, the remaining records are deleted or fully anonymised.

4 Prefer to email us?

If you can’t access your registered number, you can request deletion by writing to us. Email from the address on your account (or include your registered mobile number) so we can verify your identity:
